Free shipping depends on the package
At the time of our September 2026 review, the larger packages were presented with free U.S. shipping. The smaller 2-bottle choice was shown with a separate shipping charge. Offer presentation can change, so the checkout total should settle any discrepancy.
Free does not mean every destination
A “free U.S. shipping” statement should not be interpreted as worldwide free delivery. International shipping can involve separate fees, longer delivery windows and destination-specific restrictions. If your address is outside the continental United States, rely on the live checkout for availability and cost.
Why we separate shipping from price
A package can look cheaper on a per-bottle basis but differ once shipping is added. Our price guide therefore lists the product total and reported shipping status as separate fields. That makes it easier to compare the actual commitment instead of a single promotional number.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees
Published delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by processing time, carrier delays, weather, customs or address issues. Track the order through the information supplied after purchase and contact the order support channel shown in your confirmation if a parcel is overdue.
Keep shipping information if you might return
Return shipping is a separate issue from outbound shipping. The published Neuro Serge return terms have placed return-postage responsibility on the customer. Keep the order details and read the return instructions before sending bottles back.
