What is known about the Neuro Serge formula?
Current Neuro Serge materials describe a proprietary blend containing more than 20 plants and nutrients. Six botanicals are specifically named: olive leaf extract, Cinnamomum cassia, deglycyrrhizinated licorice (DGL), green tea extract, grape seed extract and bilberry extract.
We have not received an authentic current Supplement Facts panel showing the blend weight, serving size, caffeine amount or individual ingredient doses. Rather than reproduce an unverified label found elsewhere online, this page limits itself to the information we can support.
The six named ingredients
Olive Leaf Extract
Olive leaf contains polyphenols such as oleuropein. Human trials have examined olive-leaf preparations for cardiovascular markers, but that is not the same as evidence that Neuro Serge improves cognition.
Cinnamomum Cassia
Cassia cinnamon differs chemically from Ceylon cinnamon and can contain coumarin. NCCIH notes that research does not clearly support cinnamon for any health condition and highlights safety issues with prolonged high intake.
DGL Licorice
Deglycyrrhizinated licorice is processed to remove much of the glycyrrhizin associated with classic licorice adverse effects. NCCIH still recommends discussing herb use with a clinician when medicines are involved.
Green Tea Extract
Green tea contains polyphenols and caffeine unless decaffeinated. Concentrated extracts are not equivalent to brewed tea; NCCIH notes reported liver injury in a small number of extract users and potential drug interactions.
Grape Seed Extract
Grape-seed polyphenol studies have produced mixed cognitive results. One randomized trial in healthy young adults did not find a consistent overall cognitive benefit, although some outcomes changed.
Bilberry Extract
Bilberry is rich in anthocyanins. Human cognitive research remains limited; a small pilot study is interesting but does not establish that Neuro Serge will produce the same effect.
What is not disclosed on this site
- Individual ingredient amounts.
- Total proprietary-blend weight.
- Exact caffeine content, if any.
- Complete list of all 20+ ingredients.
- Serving-size directions from an authentic current label.
Those gaps are important. If you have a bottle in hand, read its Supplement Facts panel and compare it with any third-party description.
Why ingredient evidence is not finished-product evidence
Clinical research often uses standardized extracts at specific doses. A proprietary blend may use a different source, extraction method, concentration and amount. It is therefore inappropriate to take a positive study on one ingredient and use it as proof that a multi-ingredient supplement is clinically proven.
Safety notes
Botanicals can interact with medicines and may not be appropriate during pregnancy, breastfeeding, liver disease, kidney disease or other conditions. If you take medication or manage a chronic condition, review the actual bottle label with a qualified healthcare professional before use.
