Start with serving size
Everything else on the panel relates to the stated serving. If a bottle contains 60 capsules but the serving is two capsules, that is 30 servings—not 60. Never infer dosage from capsule count alone.
Look at amount per serving
For vitamins, minerals and individually declared ingredients, the label may show an amount per serving. Some nutrients also have a % Daily Value. A missing Daily Value does not mean an ingredient is ineffective; it means an official Daily Value has not been established for that ingredient.
Understand proprietary blends
A proprietary blend can disclose a total blend weight while listing component ingredients without their individual amounts. That makes it difficult to compare the formula with doses used in published research. Ingredient order can provide some information, but it does not substitute for exact quantities.
Read “other ingredients” too
Capsule material, fillers, flavors, colors and processing aids may appear outside the Supplement Facts box. These can matter for allergies, dietary preferences or tolerability even though they are not the headline active ingredients.
Do not skip warnings and directions
Directions, age limits, pregnancy warnings, medication cautions and storage instructions can appear elsewhere on the container. A cropped marketing image of the front label is not enough to evaluate those details.
Why our Neuro Serge label page is held back
We have product-front images but not an authenticated current full Supplement Facts panel. Rather than invent serving size or ingredient amounts, we keep dose-specific content unpublished until reliable label documentation is available.
